Overview

The first office tower in West Philadelphia, Cira Centre opened in January 2006. It graces the West bank of the Schuylkill River, connecting the traditional Central Business District to the thriving University City area. It sets a precedence in location as well as architectural design, and defines Philadelphia as a bold and thriving destination along the Northeast corridor. Designed by architect, Cesar Pelli, Cira has 29 floors and 1500 decorative LED fixtures on the exterior that are computer programmed for multiple light shows to celebrate major holidays, local events and sports teams. Cira is conveniently connected to the 30th Street Station for easy commutes along the North East Corridor.
